We will machine cylinder and hone to the final correct tolerance fit of the the sleeve to promote proper heat transfer. Then we will match all the ports to original specs to insure correct fuel flow maximizing original horsepower. chamfer all port edges and bore and hone to fit new piston.

A properly installed sleeve renews the cylinder and retains the original performance with the added advantage of being borable.

Every Resleeved Cylinder goes through a 11 point inspection before and after resleeving to Guarantee you the best reconditioned resleeved cylinder available with a 1 year warranty.

Please Remove all parts unless you would like to have us Surface Cylinder Head & remove all, Studs, Power Valves & Dowel Pins for ultrasonic cleaning & reassembled, $35.00 charge

We do not bead blast power valves as many models have a hard anodizing that would be destroyed causing rapid wear on expensive parts.

Our ultrasonic cleaning is second to none for removal of carbon deposits without bead blasting
