Standard Cylinder Replating $195.00 We remove old plating and measure cylinder for taper, worn areas. or out of roundness. If your cylinder passes this stage its ready for a standard cylinder replating charge of $195.00 to return back to stock piston size.

Grooves, Scratches, Worn, Tapered or out of round less then .006" Add $35.00 to standard charge. Skim bore is required to repair damage, Plating is then applied thicker to return back to stock piston size. Or cylinder can be bored with over size piston for more cc & horsepower at no additional charge.

Major damage, Cracks & Gouges Add $55.00 to Standard charge Welding and skim bore to repair damaged area, Replated back to stock piston size. Or cylinder can be bored with oversize piston to remove damage with the benefit of a few extra cc & horsepower at no additional charge.

Every Replated Cylinder goes through a 11 point inspection before and after Replating to Guarantee you the best reconditioned replated cylinder available with a 1 year warranty.

Please Remove all parts unless you would like to have us Surface Cylinder Head & remove all, Studs, Power Valves & Dowel Pins for ultrasonic cleaning & reassembled, $35.00 charge

Turn Around Time 7-10 Working days depending on repairs required & work load.

We do not bead blast power valves as many models have a hard anodizing that would be destroyed causing rapid wear on expensive parts.

Our ultrasonic cleaning is second to none for removal of carbon deposits without bead blasting
